En esta ocasi\u00f3n, la cita fue en el Texas Motor Speedway en Fort Worth.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Si te gustan los camiones de trabajo personalizados el concurso Shell Rotella SuperRigs es uno que tienes que marcar en tu calendario. Este a\u00f1o se celebr\u00f3 la cuadrag\u00e9simo segunda edici\u00f3n de uno de los eventos favoritos de los camioneros de Am\u00e9rica del Norte, quienes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en este legendario concurso de belleza de camiones que celebra anualmente. Como seguramente ya lo sabes, este certamen es solamente para camiones en funcionamiento, en el cual no tienen cabida las \u201creinas de concurso\u201d. Una vez m\u00e1s, camioneros de Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 se dieron cita para competir por dinero y premios con un valor de m\u00e1s de $25,000 y, como es costumbre, doce codiciados lugares para aparecer en el calendario Shell Rotella SuperRigs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la costa este hasta la costa oeste y m\u00e1s de 15 estados en el medio, Shell Rotella SuperRigs ha visto m\u00e1s de 2,000 participantes en total desde su creaci\u00f3n en 1983. El evento ha visto un caleidoscopio de colores y alojado espect\u00e1culos de luz que iluminan comunidades enteras. Ahora, en su a\u00f1o 42, los camiones pueden tener un aspecto diferente, pero el sentimiento de camarader\u00eda sigue siendo el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o Kaleb Hammett de Dodd City, Texas, obtuvo los honores de Best of Show con su Peterbilt 389 2019, apodado \u201cHoss\u201d, lo que le vali\u00f3 un premio de $10,000. La competencia se llev\u00f3 a cabo del 30 de mayo al 1 de junio en el Texas Motor Speedway en Fort Worth. J.R. Schleuger de Britt, Iowa, gan\u00f3 el primer finalista en Best of Show y $4,000 por su Kenworth W900B de 1984. Ernie Adams de New Florence, Pensilvania, obtuvo el segundo lugar en el premio Best of Show por su Kenworth W900A de 1982.Jeff Hoker de Dixon, Iowa, gan\u00f3 el premio People’s Choice.
